We are seeking an experienced Chef to join our culinary team in Kasol, Kullu. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 9 years of experience in food preparation and a passion for creating delicious dishes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. **Menu Creation**: Develop and design innovative and seasonal menus that reflect current food trends while satisfying customer preferences.
2. **Food Preparation**: Oversee the daily preparation of meals ensuring the highest standards of quality, cleanliness, and presentation.
3. **Ingredient Management**: Select and order high-quality ingredients while maintaining inventory levels to prevent food shortages and waste.
4. **Kitchen Supervision**: Manage kitchen staff, train new employees, and ensure all team members follow food safety and hygiene regulations.
5. **Customer Interaction**: Engage with guests to gather feedback on dishes, ensuring a pleasurable dining experience for all.
